Podcasts have jumped the shark. We have been saying this for a while now. You might ask yourself… How can they say that? Don’t they have a podcast network? Isn’t that a big part of Inherent Dream? Well, yes, yes it is. So we’ll be up front and save you time. 

CONTENT IS KING. 

There are lots of people with microphones. There are lots of people who love to hear themselves talk. But they aren’t really saying anything. They may have the platform of a major corporation, but seriously, we would put our content and interview skills up against anybody, and that’s not us being cocky. We are very proud of what we have built and what we are continuing to build. The name of the game is evolution. Plus, our podcast network is just part of the game. Inherent Dream is all about various forms of media. Where we are and what we are today may be totally different in a year, two or ten. 

So to inspire you and your business, ask yourself the following… What is your content? What sets your business apart? Are you doing the same things as your competitor? If so, why would anyone choose your business over your competition? Are you doing the same things your competitor is doing in terms of advertising? If so, why? Is it working? 

Let 2024 be about evolution.

Anyone can do your job, but no one can be you. So what sets you apart?

From our angle, there are a million podcasts. You have a limited time to listen to content and you don’t want to waste your time with garbage. Who would want to do that? So we try to bring you something unique on our podcast network, with shows featuring a local angle, but also shows with interesting interviews and commentary to make you think.

We are always looking to evolve. What is the end goal? Honestly, we’ll know when we get there. But right now, it is about the journey.

Be so unique that no one can fill that void. They may replace you or your position, but they can never replace your passion.

Marketing...

Did you know? There is much more to marketing than putting your business name on a pen or hat and handing it to some random stranger. There is more to advertising strategies than putting a post on a community bulletin board on your social media. I mean, if that works for you, cool! But you could have so much more! If you really want to grow your business, it is about the human connection. It’s about rolling up your sleeves and meeting people. Sure, we’d love to work with you and have you advertise with us on our podcast network. But we’ll be honest… podcasts aren’t for everybody. You want the strongest return on investment and you want to grow your business? Then you need to determine what mediums will work best for you. Is that podcasts/radio? Is that print? Is that television? Is that social media? Whatever you decide, don’t put all your eggs in one basket. The best marketing strategies involve multiple mediums. Determine what works best for you and your business. But also remember to embrace evolution with your business.

One million dollars is cool. You know what’s even cooler? Two million dollars. With the right marketing strategies, those numbers can be changed to whatever your heart desires.
